Visa Rejection Program

Did they reject your visa?

We can change any Consular rejection with a 100% of success.

Why? because as Immigration Lawyers we are allowed to make allegations in High Court and Supreme Court in Chile, Argentina and Peru.

Consular rejections are usually based on generic reasons, and a Judge can change immigration decisions when the reason is not clear, or is not clearly established by immigration authorities.

The process takes 2-3 weeks, and you will be able to check online the whole process, in the High Court official web address.

STEP ONE: Agreement

Fulfil our online form to start working with us. You will receive an agreement directly in your mail, once you sign it and send it to us, we will sign from our side. ONLINE FORM

STEP TWO: Appeal

With the documents you will send us (most of the cases only the rejection decision) we will prepare the appeal. The Court process will take 2 or 3 weeks. We will send you your case number and Court address, that way you will see at any moment what is happening.

STEP THREE: Consulate Process

After having the approval from Court, they will mail to Immigration Authorities, and finally they will notice Consulate about this decision change. After 4 or 5 days from Court decision you will be able to go and stamp your visa.
